Chemical Nickel Plating

About Chemical Nickel Plating

Our nickel plating service harnesses the benefits of chemical nickel to provide high-quality, reliable coatings tailored to our customers' specific needs, enhancing the functionality and durability of their components. Our company offers chemical nickel plating with medium nickel content (7-9%) as well as higher phosphorus content (10-12%). The chemical nickel plating process can be applied to steel, steel alloys, brass, and copper.

Characteristics of medium-phosphorus nickel:

Completely uniform application over the entire surface of the element

Phosphorus content in the final coating 7-9%

Protection against corrosion

Protection against abrasion

Coating hardness 520-570 HV or 50-52 HRc

The hardness of the coating after heat treatment can reach 1000 HV or 67-70 HRc

Choice of coating thickness or application

Characteristics of high-phosphorus nickel:

All the properties of medium-phosphorus nickel listed above

Phosphorus content in the final coating 10-12%

Enhanced corrosion protection

Non-magnetic

Improved electrical conductivity

Reduced thermal expansion
